With this House of Yumm BBQ sauce, you can taste the strong and smoky flavors of Texas. This sauce gives your barbecue dishes a tasty kick and is great for slathering on ribs, brisket, or pulled pork.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard together in a medium-sized saucepan
Add black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper and mix well
Over medium-low heat, bring the mixture to a simmer
Then, lower the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every now and then
Add salt to your liking
