Pina Colada Protein Shake



A tropical twist on a protein shake, combining the flavors of coconut, pineapple, and banana for a refreshing and nutritious treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener optional

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

Adjust sweetness by adding honey or sweetener if desired

Pour into a glass and serve chilled
