Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
Put soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl and mix them together
Toss in the sliced beef to coat
Allow to sit for 15 to 20 minutes
Put oil from plants into a big pan or wok and heat it over high heat
For one minute, until the smell is nice, add the garlic and ginger
Spread the beef out in a single layer in the pan after adding the marinated beef
Do not stir the beef for two minutes to sear one side
Then stir-fry for two more minutes until it is browned
Slice the onions and bell peppers and add them to the pan
Stir-fry for two to three minutes, or until the vegetables are soft but still crunchy and the beef is cooked the way you like it
Add pepper and salt to taste
Serve hot on top of rice that has been cooked
